Adaptive Resiliency, LLC was formed in 2018 in Katy, Texas and moved to North Carolina in 2019 with the primary goal of helping small and medium-sized businesses protect their investment (and their livelihoods) through planning and preparedness.

Terri has a Bachelor's in Biology, a Master's in Emergency and Disaster Management, and another Master's in Intelligence Studies. She combines this with 10+ years of experience in air search and rescue, local, state, regional and federal disaster response, and emergency response planning.
Jayme has a BS in Networking and 20+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer and Network Engineer. He has responded to multiple cyber instances over his time in the IT field and is familiar with developing IT disaster recovery plans.
